As our Accountant with IT experience, you will be the guardian of our financial workflows and ensure that every project runs with clarity, discipline, and transparency. Your role is not just about numbers — it’s about creating a financial framework that empowers both the team and our clients.

🏠 Offices: The company is based in Paris, but the whole Tech team is working remotely.

🎯 Your mission:

• Own the financial workflow – manage the full process from contract signature to invoicing and payment collection.
• Build strong financial governance – set clear rules for project kick-offs, additional expenses, and scope changes, ensuring every evolution is well-documented and validated.
• Collaborate with Operations & clients – work closely with our Operations Manager and clients on payments, invoicing schedules, and reliable financial forecasting.
• Keep our books clean and accurate – oversee payroll, subscriptions, travel costs, freelancer payouts, and the proper management of sick leaves and vacations with precision and transparency.

🥇 You’re the right candidate if you have:

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or above (both written and spoken).
• French proficiency at Upper-Intermediate will be a plus.
• Proven experience working in French IT companies or in environments with international clients.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting or financial management experience 
• Strong experience with Pennylane and Google Sheets

🎁 What we offer:

• Salary payment at the beginning of every month
