We are looking for a motivated Student Intern to support our inventory, data administration, and tool management processes. This role combines hands-on work in the warehouse with administrative tasks in the office, offering broad exposure to logistics, customer interactions, and production data flow.
Inventory & Warehouse Support:
Sort, label, photograph, and organize tools.
Maintain box IDs and update Excel inventory.
Arrange materials to optimize storage space.
Data Administration & Customer Portals:
Update customer portals and align codes.
Check BOM structures and verify locations in SAP.
Prepare and send customer confirmation letters.
Scrap Process Support:
Identify tools for scraping with Sales/SCM.
Photograph, measure, weigh, and separate items.
Gather technical data and prepare scrap documentation with ESH and recycling partners.
Enrolled in technical university studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s program);
Good PC skills – Excel required; SAP is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in both a warehouse environment and an office setting.
Basic communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
English – intermediate to advanced.
