Integrated Management System (IMS) Specialist

Are you a quality management professional ready to make an impact? Join our QHSE team in Brașov as an Integrated Management System Specialist, ensuring our production meets the highest global standards in Automotive and Medical industries.

What You’ll Do

• IMS Management: Develop, maintain and update Integrated Management System documentation (ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, 13485, IATF 16949).
• Audits: Plan and conduct internal audits (System, Process, Product); support external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, display results, and report monthly on objectives and improvements.
• Authority & Safety: Stop production lines or equipment if critical quality or safety non-conformities are detected.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose process improvements and lead internal training on ISO standards and procedures.

What we’re looking for

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Technical field preferred).
• Certifications: Internal Auditor ISO 9001 & 14001; VDA 6.3 Process Auditor; ISO 50001 & 13485 is an advantage.
• Digital Skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), VDA 6.3 tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, presentation skills, teamwork, and resilience under high workload.
• Languages: Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
