ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an HR Inspector for a hands-on operational role focused on payroll execution, personnel administration and labour-law compliance. You will personally manage a defined, stable client portfolio, with clear processes and tools already in place.

This is not a recruitment role. It is a payroll, REGES-ONLINE and personnel-administration role.

The work is digital-first, in shared cloud documents with real-time collaboration. Candidates who work primarily in standalone Excel files will not be a good fit.

Most importantly, we are looking for more than an operator. We want someone with a consultant's instinct: someone who proactively spots client needs and turns them into value-adding, billable HR services - and who shares directly in the results (see the 10% bonus below). If you see your work as pure data entry, this is not the role; if you like creating value for clients and being rewarded for it, it is.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run payroll in SAGA for client companies (salary calculation, bonuses, premiums, allowances/diurne)
  • Operate and maintain REGES-ONLINE for internal staff and clients
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts and addenda (contracte de muncă și acte adiționale)
  • Administer medical leave (concedii medicale): registration and filing of FNUASS recovery requests
  • Administer annual leave (concedii de odihnă), private medical insurance, and other benefits
  • Maintain digital personnel files
  • Manage payroll and personnel documentation for both EU and non-EU employees (including foreign workers / posted workers)
  • Coordinate payroll workflows with the accounting team
  • Support labour inspections and compliance checks (ITM)
  • Proactively identify client needs and help convert them into value-adding, billable HR services


REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)

  • Inspector Resurse Umane certificate (atestat / certificat de calificare)
  • Minimum 3 years of direct, hands-on experience in payroll and personnel administration
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an accounting / payroll services firm (multi-client / outsourcing portfolio)
  • Experience handling FNUASS recovery filings end to end
  • SAGA payroll experience
  • REGES-ONLINE operating experience
  • Experience administering payroll and documentation for both EU and non-EU employees (foreign workers / posted workers)
  • Solid working knowledge of the Romanian Labour Code (Codul Muncii)
  • Comfort working daily in shared cloud tools (Google Workspace or similar) — not standalone Excel
  • Fluent Romanian and English
  • Able to provide two professional references from previous employers
