Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize production workflows and operational processes;
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, waste reduction, and cost savings;
• Implement and support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to productivity, quality, and performance;
• Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures;
• Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and workflow evaluations;
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams;
• Support the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Quotation Request (CQR) process, ensuring accurate technical and commercial alignment with customer requirements;
• Develop complete Tender Books, including production layout concept, process flows, cycle time calculations, operation definitions, and manpower allocation;
• Analyze, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency;
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction, waste elimination, and continuous process improvement;
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives across production areas;
• Perform time studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, and workflow optimization activities;
• Support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) activities in collaboration with Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME);
• Collaborate with Purchasing in supplier quotation activities and technical alignment;
• Evaluate and benchmark suppliers based on technical specifications, manufacturing capability, quality standards, and project requirements;
• Participate in all major project milestones, including design review, design freeze, supplier pre-acceptance, and final acceptance in the plant;
• Prepare and maintain complete production documentation, including Work Instructions, Process Flows, Layouts, Work Distribution, Visual Aids, Parameter Sheets, and P-FMEA documentation (APIS IQ-RM);
• Core Team member as technical member to deploy all processes corresponding to the product launch
• Acts as a technical domain leader for technical interface with process specialists from Molding, Electronics and Final assembly area
• Feed the Project launch manager with technical data, part of the Plant Core Team structure
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field;
• Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Good communication skills in English;
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry;
• Knowledge of ERP systems or SAP.
