You support our team as Indoor Sales Professional with German
Responsibilities:
- Understands company products, portfolio and functional principles, including application fields, industries and material selection for standard applications;
- Handles basic technical customer discussions related to existing standard products;
- Manages incoming RFQs and sales orders according to instructions from local entities and SSC management;
- Performs full customer interaction regarding quotations, order confirmations, delays and order status updates;
- Processes standard and mid-complex quotations and performs quote follow-up, pricing and resolution in close collaboration with local entities;
- Registers and maintains CRM data, including sales opportunities, quotes and orders, in line with defined guidelines;
- Registers and manages standard and mid-complex sales orders, including ticket handling for presales and sales-related subprocesses;
- Maintains basic commercial awareness, including transfer pricing, profit margins, product cost and market price alignment;
- Coordinates purchase orders, updates delivery times and follows up with suppliers, local entities and customers when required;
- Provides administrative support for claims, supplier invoice review, and customer invoice validation and filing;
- Resolves open sales quote and order-related issues and supports local entities with additional presales and sales activities;
- Acts as back-up for colleagues, supports and trains new joiners, contributes to team collaboration and provides ad hoc project support while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Economic/Technical studies are an advantage;
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales-related fields;
- German and English for business use are mandatory;
- Computer skills related to Microsoft Office; mid-level Excel knowledge;
- SAP Knowledge or different ERP experience is mandatory;
- Open to process improvements;
- Fact-driven and strong analytical skills, detail-oriented attitude;
