HR Specialist with a broad knowledge base, able to handle a multitude of tasks and pay an important role in the ongoing development of the company. You will be involved in all HR processes and projects of the Local HR Department and have the opportunity to work in an active environment and grow as a professional.



- Cover a wide range of human resource processes for the assigned units in support of business objectives and human resource initiatives;

-  Provide Organization Development: design and execute company-wide programs that address issues such as talent management, team and leadership development, retention, organization design, performance management and change management;

 - Perform diverse assignments covering a broad area of HR functions (staffing, training, employee/labor relations, communication, compensation management, etc);

- Participate in the recruitment and selection process of the company;

- Organize and coordinate the evaluation of performances of employees, ensuring proper management of the entire evaluation process;

- Work together with PR an HR Regional departments in order to improve working environment and increase employee motivation;

- Develops procedures and other company specific documents on labor relations issues (Internal Regulation, Collective Labor Agreement);

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations and have the ability to conduct fair and impartial investigations;





- 2-3 years experience in a HR generalist position,

- Experience in working in large companies;

- Experience regarding re-organization processes;

- Strong communication skills and capability to work in a multitasking environment;

- Analytical thinking skills and problem solving attitude;

- Capacity of acting proactively in a team or independently;

- PC skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet;

- Faculty graduated, post graduate degree is an advantage;

- Experience in personnel administration and labor relations management

- Experience in recruiting especially in production environments (blue collars)

- Fluent English language, German language is an advantage

- Very good knowledge of Romanian Labor Laws
