We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist, with a strong focus on recruitment, to join our team in Romania.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and support positions, working closely with hiring managers to identify and attract qualified professionals for our projects and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining staffing requirements to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment databases, professional networks, and direct search.
• Screen applications, conduct HR interviews, and prepare candidate assessments and shortlists.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with the relevant departments.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support salary benchmarking and the preparation of employment offers.
• Develop and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline for current and anticipated vacancies.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and department heads to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports, databases, and status updates.
• Support employer-branding initiatives, career events, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
• Assist with onboarding and other HR activities, when required.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, or construction professionals is considered a significant advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Romanian labor market and recruitment channels.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant-tracking systems.
• Fluent Romanian and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
