Responsabilitati:

Ofera asistenta in timp util si eficient utilizatorilor prin telefon, email, remote sau in persoana;
Rezolva problemele hardware, software si de retea;
Instaleaza, configureaza si intretine statii de lucru, laptopuri, imprimante si alte periferice;
Monitorizeaza si intretine infrastructura IT pentru a asigura continuitatea serviciilor;
Gestioneaza conturile de utilizator si permisiunile de acces;
Asistenta cu proiecte si initiative IT.

Cerinte:

Cunostinte solide ale sistemelor de operare Windows (optional Mac), cunostinte gestionare Active Directory;
Experienta in lucrul cu suita de aplicatii Microsoft Office;
Familiaritate cu depanarea si configurarea retelei de calculatoare, protocoale de retea (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), cunostinte configurare echipamente Cisco;
Familiaritate cu aplicatii de remote support;
Limba engleza – nivel mediu/avansat.
