🗓Day-to-day, here’s what your new role would look like

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in helping our clients comply with safety legislation and foster a strong safety culture. You’ll be hands-on, collaborative, and influential in driving improvement on various projects.

You will:

• Conduct risk assessments and help identify control measures.
• Support and perform site audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Assist with the development of tailored Health & Safety plans.
• Deliver and manage training programs in H&S and Fire Safety.
• Ensure full compliance with local and national safety regulations.
• Participate in the maintenance of ISO management systems.
• Monitor the effectiveness of H&S policies and recommend improvements.
• Travel on-site across Romania, attending meetings with our clients.
• Actively promote environmental and sustainable practices in safety processes.

🎯What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both technical expertise and personal commitment to health and safety.

The ideal candidate has:

• A bachelor’s degree in technical domains (Engineering, Agricultural, or Forestry Sciences).
• Completed the 80h or 120h Occupational Health & Safety training course.
• Completed the 136h Technical Staff with fire safety and firefighting responsibilities certification (equivalent to Fire Marshal / Fire Warden).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a safety-related role.
• A driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel as required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard reporting tools.
