Cerinţe

Studii medii absolvite;
Cunoștințe PC și/sau MS Office - nivel mediu;
Orientare către client și atenție de la detalii;
Experiență în coordonare echipe;
Persoană dinamică și responsabilă;
Experiență pe un post similar sau în domeniul Logisticii - reprezintă un avantaj;
Disponibilitate de a lucra L-V, 8:30 -17:00;

Responsabilități

Gestionează stocurile – responsabil/ă de acuratețea acestora în aplicațiile interne;
Întocmește documentaţia spеcifică а stocurilor și verifică documentele specifice (CMR etc);
Monitorizează și dezvoltă indicatorii de performanță și eficiență (KPI-uri);
Coordonează echipa și turеle de lucru;
Se asigură că echipa cunoaște și atinge/depășește indicatorii de performanță;
Gestionează intrările de mărfuri;
Se asigură că mărfurile sunt înregistrate și manipulate prin etichetarea tuturor coletelor primite;
Responsabil de pregătirea comenzilor în timpii agreați, respectând instrucțiunile de lucru și solicitările clientului;
Menține legătura cu clientul prin e-mail și telefonic.
