In this position, you will be at the heart of our workplace, supporting employees, visitors, and business operations while helping maintain a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment.
Work Environment
- 100% onsite role (Work from office)
- Working schedule is 9:00 am - 18:00 pm
What You'll Do :
- Serve as a key point of contact for office-related matters, providing support to employees and visitors
- Collaborate closely with teams across HR, IT, Procurement, Capability Development, and international offices
- Support Operations Managers and employees with workplace-related requests and administrative needs
- Work alongside the Facility Manager, providing operational support and acting as a backup when required
- Coordinate the arrival, accommodation, and transportation of company guests and visitors
- Assist with the organization of internal trainings, meetings, and company events
- Monitor office facilities and coordinate basic maintenance activities related to furniture, lighting, utilities, and workplace equipment
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and liaise with courier services
- Maintain reception and visitor records in accordance with company policies
- Monitor office supply inventory, place orders, and distribute materials as needed
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodation bookings
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to access control, security, health & safety, and travel procedures
What We're Looking for
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Good computer literacy and confidence working with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Basic understanding of office facilities and technical issues
- Previous experience in administration, facilities, office management, hospitality, or a similar role is considered an advantage
- University degree is considered an advantage
