Facility Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Facility Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to effectively manage and coordinate all aspects related to facilities in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage office facilities, infrastructure, general supplies and internal department operations in line with legal requirements and EHS policies;
• Identify and mitigate facility-related risks in order to support business continuity;
• Ensure that environmental and facility safety standards are met, including lighting, indoor air quality, drinking water management, chemical management, IT & UPS rooms, electrical safety and air conditioning systems, in accordance with local regulations and corporate requirements;
• Prepare monthly preventive and corrective maintenance reports;
• Develop, implement and follow the maintenance plan for the facilities;
• Coordinate all facility activities, work directions and support systems;
• Supervise and train facility employees, including the handyman team, as well as external contractors, when needed;
• Support other IFM-related activities requested by the line manager;
• Oversee and audit EHS compliance for office spaces;
• Oversee and audit site projects and subcontractors compliance checks (EHS laws, SDX regulations).

Key Competencies:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hard FM, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, chemical industry or a similar technical environment;
• Strong knowledge of facility management operations;
• Postgraduate diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field;
• Facility/Property Management qualifications are considered an advantage;
• Advanced written and spoken English;
• Conscientious, proactive, optimistic and patient approach.
