We are looking for a German-speaking Executive Assistant to join our international team. In this role, you will provide daily operational and organizational support to our German Managing Director and senior management, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and effective cross-departmental coordination.

Your future responsibilities:

• Daily operational support of the German Managing Director and his senior management team (in all organizational matters).
• Coordination and preparation/follow-up of internal & external meetings, executive briefings, and leadership calls.
• Calendar & travel management, including global time zone coordination for up to 5 people.
• Interface and liaison between the MD and internal departments (Strategy, Sales, Offering, Delivery, HR, etc.).
• Organisational support in strategic projects, reporting, and special initiatives.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information and prioritization of tasks.

Your profile:

• Several years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably at management level, ideally in the technology or consulting environment.
• Strong organizational talent with multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• High level of personal responsibility, discretion, and professionalism.
• Proficient use of digital tools (Office, Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Miro, etc.).
• Interest in IT/technology topics and an understanding of the dynamics of a global consulting company.
