About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Specialist to support, optimize, and continuously improve our Odoo ERP platform within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will act as the key link between business departments and the ERP system, ensuring that operational processes are effectively supported by technology and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Proven experience with Odoo ERP.
• Previous experience in ERP support, ERP administration, business process analysis, system analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business process integration.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered an advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, configuration, and business processes.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and supply chain activities.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and the impact of ERP transactions on financial processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business software tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and improve business processes across various departments.
• Configure and maintain Odoo ERP modules based on operational requirements.
• Work closely with Production, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure efficient ERP utilization.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in the implementation, testing, and deployment of new ERP functionalities and enhancements.
• Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for future developments.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, procedures, and user manuals.
• Track and report system improvements, issues, and project progress.
• Ensure assigned tasks and projects are delivered according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Manage and maintain ERP-related documentation in compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare periodic reports and activity plans for management review.
