Equipments / PLC Programing Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Equipments / PLC Programing Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Equipments / PLC Programing Engineer, you will ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of automation systems within the production area by managing, developing, and optimizing PLC, HMI, servo, industrial network, and automated equipment applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Equipment Reliability

• Ensures the reliable operation of automated equipment from both hardware and software perspectives.
• Provides technical support to the maintenance team for troubleshooting and resolving equipment failures.
• Participates in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implements corrective and preventive actions.
• Leads and supports troubleshooting activities during major equipment breakdowns.
• Conducts technical analysis of recurring failures and defines permanent corrective measures.
• Monitors equipment performance and proposes initiatives to improve reliability.

• Develops, modifies, tests, and validates PLC, HMI, servo, safety, and other automation applications.
• Maintains up-to-date hardware and software documentation for automated equipment.
• Administers the central PLC, HMI, Safety, and Servo program library.
• Ensures complete and current backups of all automation software applications.
• Manages software version control and change traceability.
• Implements company standards for automation programming and system architecture.
• Ensures administration and documentation of automation systems in compliance with TISAX requirements.

• Siemens PLC programming (TIA Portal).
• HMI and SCADA systems development and support.
• Safety PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Industrial communication networks: PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and Industrial Ethernet.
• Drive and motion control systems, including Siemens and Festo servo drives.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong expertise in electrical diagnostics and industrial automation systems.
• Knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) is considered an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Visual Studio.
