Job Responsibilities:

• There are 2 directions looking for the relative candidate.

Direction a: Act as an owner from technical side for connection technology, including crimp applicator, crimp press and welding machine, for crimp applicator the brand like TE, Aptiv, Demiral (previous Hanke), etc.

Direction b: Act as an owner from technical side for auto cutting & crimping & insertion, for equipment like Kappa, Alpha, Zeta, Omega.

·        Responsible to define and check the way to setup, maintain, trouble shooting, release/calibrate tool/equipment for running production.

·        For direction a, responsible to define and create the matrix for spare part of each crimp applicator, define and check the way how to find the spare part easily and quickly by technician.

·        For direction b for auto insertion process, be responsible to check program, setup, calibration, commissioning, error fixed, etc

·        Responsible to identify the test to check quality function of equipment, create/define different authority for user levels (operator/technician/engineer).

·        Responsible to teach and take care to develop technician’s technical capability.

·        Support technician to solve the urgent issue in production.

Job Requirements:

· College degree technical.

·        Work experience – minimum 3 years as senior technician or engineer.

·        Broad knowledge/know-how/hands-on experience for crimping/welding process, or automation for wiring harness industry.

·        Work experience in automotive production environment.

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.

·        MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), software of machine, other software for the technology like stability test for crimp press.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
