Duration: November 2025 – 2027 (with possibility for mobilization in other projects)
Contract Type: CIM, undetermined period
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (1-hour lunch break)

Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise LV, MV and HV works;
• Review plans and specifications according to plan;
• Set project timeline and permitting to attain construction readiness;
• Liaison with DSO, TSO and ANRE on grid connection and permitting issues;
• Monitor project deliverables;
• Works management and supervision;
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress;
• Coach, manage and support project team members with tasks you assign them;
• Accountability for day-to-day management of existing projects;
• Managing optimization and implementation of Permits, Design and Construction;
• Provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System;
• Analyze mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions;
• Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects;
• Continually review the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of the site works with regards to MEP works and report to the Project Manager on the same;
• Advice on all issues regarding LEED and ensure that the appropriate documentation and information is provided to the appropriate authorities to obtain the LEED standard required on the project;
• Review the Contractor’s installation method statements;
• Where required, prepare technical clarifications to the tendered design to suit specific on-site construction and coordination issues;
• Attend project, site progress, and any mechanical services-related technical meetings as directed by the Project Manager.
What we are looking for:
• Degree level qualifications in Electrical or Energy Engineering with knowledge in installation Design;
• Ability to work independently with remote management and take responsibility for project delivery;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising safety or quality;
• Strong attention to detail, accurate and methodical in work;
• Strong verbal, written and organizational skills;
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
• Computing skills, MS Office & MS Project and AutoCAD prefered;
• At least 3 years’ experience in construction/ supervision and/or Design and/or Grid Connection Works and/or HV Works and HV Stations, and/or Renewable Energy projects.
