Now, we’re expanding our Bucharest team with a Dutch-speaking Support Advisor to work with one of the biggest clients. You’ll help customers from the Netherlands, Belgium and UK enjoy smooth experiences with their orders and products.

🔍 About the Role

• Position: Customer Support Advisor
• Languages: Dutch (B2–C1) + English (B2 or above)
• Work model: Office - Bucharest Hybrid (3 days from the office, 2 days from home), 1st month on-site, during training and nesting.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09.00-18.00
• Training period: 2 weeks -3 weeks of training + 1 week nesting

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• This is a technically-oriented customer support role where you'll work with a leading provider of smart home automation solutions (e.g., smart thermostats, security cameras, and heating systems). 

📜Main Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for smart home products and systems 
• Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, installation procedures, and application functionality 
• Advise installers, wholesalers, and specifiers on appropriate technical heating solutions 
• Resolve issues related to orders, billing, and technical queries 
• Register and manage all support requests using CRM tools (Service Cloud) 
• Maintain and contribute to the technical knowledge base 
• Keep up-to-date with new products and services via self-learning and internal training 
• Support special projects, particularly during peak periods 

🧐 You’ll Thrive If You Have...

• Fluent Dutch (B2–C1) and good English (at least B1), both spoken and written
• Minimum 3 months experience in customer support, preferably in a contact centre/BPO environment
• A knack for problem-solving with technical and logical thinking skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced support environment
• The possibility of working in a remote mode
