IBM Global Marketing Center - Bucharest is looking for talented and proactive people to join its team.
The objective of the Center is to act as the marketing engine for IBM across Europe, driving and assisting in a variety of marketing campaigns spanning a spectrum of products and business units.
As
Digital Marketing Specialist, you work and act as an extension to the Demand Program teams in Italy. This requires a strong understanding of the IBM Marketing Process as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing.
You will be responsible for managing and/or supporting the execution of a digital marketing strategy that includes dialogue marketing, email marketing, e-nurturing, digital lead management, web content management, organic web demand generation, campaign site management, social media, database management, spreadsheet creation and management, strategic web page management, and search engine optimization (SEO).
You role will include all areas of digital marketing, oversight of brand web properties, content management/site updating, offer mapping, website optimization, performance tracking, search engine optimization and tactic analytics.
So an important area of this role will be measuring and analyzing the existing tactics (email marketing, web, social media) and making recommendations to improve the results of this tactic.
Key Responsibilities
• Construct digital marketing templates through which digital strategy is articulated - Helps driving digital strategy
• Drive integration of traditional and digital channels to derive maximum impact
• Drive adoption of software story and smarter planet theme across digital mediums
• Drive adoption of small deals and sales across our web pages – One Page Project
• Set social media footprint
• Manage campaign execution through campaign mapping, tactic execution and regular reporting
• Analyze web traffic, registrations, VL/VLR and provide recommendations. Creates and keeps a digital dashboard, that looks at all digital performance indicators like visits, clicks, digital created leads, downloads, response rates etc.
• Drive tool Implementation and compliance
• Drive programs based on digital guidance
• Create and share best practices, enable digital “strategy workshops" to train stakeholders, such like web strategist and web demand professionals
• Develop Strategy for creation , packing and promotion of video assets on social platforms;
• Develop strategy to effectively utilize mobile application platform to generate responders;
• Gives input to digital strategy in the countries
• Is the focal point for digital marketing also for the European and worldwide team – is in regular and close interlock with peers, European digital team and worldwide digital team
• Input to tactic performance analysis
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing preferred
• At least 2 years experience in digital marketing or dialogue marketing
• Experience in utilization of Leadmanagement, eNurture, email marketing, Paid Search, Webinars/Virtual Events, Social Media, etc.
• Strong understanding of the contribution of digital and email marketing to key marketing metrics, including unique visitors, registrants, conversion rates and number of validated leads
• Excellent communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, good project management skills
