Frame23 is a service production company working with UK and international production companies and agencies. We shoot in Romania and across the region, with an in-house VFX arm behind us.

We're looking for a designer to own how we look on paper and on screen — an ongoing role, not a one-off project. You'd become the person who knows our brand better than anyone.

The work

- Pitch and company decks — service production, VFX, bespoke client-facing decks

- Treatment and bid document layouts, often on fast turnarounds

- Location and casting moodboards

- Wider brand work: identity refresh, templates, one-pagers, social, and a deck system we can actually maintain

- Ongoing upkeep as the work and the credits grow

You

- 1–4 years in design, or a strong portfolio if less

- Real typographic instinct — layout, hierarchy, restraint

- Comfortable in Figma / InDesign / Adobe suite; Pitch or Keynote a plus

- Available consistently week to week, with the flexibility to turn things around quickly when a bid lands

- Can take a rough set of stills, a logline and a deadline, and come back with something that feels considered

- Understand film and commercial work, or want to

Taste

Restrained and editorially confident. Warm, not clinical. Texture over polish. Think A24, Somesuch, Iconoclast — image-led, generous white space, nothing decorative for its own sake.
