What you will do in this role

As a Customer Support  on our team, you will:

• Handle inquiries
• Provide 1st level of Support and assist with 2nd level escalations
• Support operation teams with various tasks
• Handle customers complaints and escalations
• Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients

Your qualifications
