We are looking for a CustomerQuality Engineer to join our QUALITY team, who will actively contribute to maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that all products delivered to the customer are of appropriate quality and meet customer requirements.
- Monitors the quality performance of production by comparing with established indicators
- Manages and resolves quality complaints received from customers for the products for which he is responsible
- Coordinates or participates in the analysis of internal defects
- Coordinates or participates in the preparation of process documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive field
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems ( ISO 9001, IATF 16949 ) – intermediate level
- Knowledge of Core Tools – intermediate level
- Experience in using problem-solving methodologies and tools ( 8D, IS/IS NOT, ISHIKAWA, 5WHY ) – intermediate level
- Knowledge of conducting process and product audits ( VDA6.3, VDA6.5 )
- Process improvement - intermediate level
- Customer orientation
- Attention to detail
- Presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- MS Office – intermediate level
- English - fluent
