JOB PURPOSE:

The main task of the job:

Taking care about the communication with the customer – order integrated to the system, analyses increase decreases, confirmation, prepare the loading papers, customer satisfaction. Follow the customer requirements, implement new process if it’s necessary.

Main tasks:

• Ensure accuracy of customer orders in the system- follow up increases/decreases , fast reaction in communication with customer;
• Ensures that dispach responsible is informed and able to prepare, in due time and correct quantity, the shipments to the customer;
• Ensures that customer specific requirements are implemented and developed;
• Check stock, follow-up with transport planner / production planners or any ot to respect customer delivery date requested;
• Follow up upon customer satisfaction ,delivery performance, on time delivery , portals;
• Interact in the plant with all function necessary to fulfill customer requirements;
• Ensure direct connection with customer for tactical topics.

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university;
• Relevant experience of 5 years in Logistic;
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
• Team player with self-control, self-confidence and flexibility;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills;
• Required – English proficiency;

Other skils:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
• Good knowledge in Excel , SAP.
