Customer Care Agent

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Agent that are willing to work in shifts. As a Customer Care Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner
• Assist customers with product or service-related issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
• Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution
• Adhere to company guidelines and standards for quality and customer service

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work in shifts organized between 07.00 am to 23.00 PM, including weekends, holidays and nightshifts. This will be paid extra, according to the law. Weekend shifts will be with other 2 consecutive days off 
• Good computer skills 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
