Have a good level of English (B2 level)

Previous experience in Customer support represents a plus but it’s not mandatory.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Advisor on our team, you will:

Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email or chat) to ensure consistent customer experience
Respond promptly to queries and suggestions for the following- depending on the line of business:
- Account information
- Billing and Payments
- Technical support
- Account information
- Other queries regarding customer service
