We are looking for a talented professional to join our Client Relationship Management team at Marsh in Bucharest, Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Corporate Broker for Financial Lines, you will play a key role in managing client portfolios, supporting the administration of corporate insurance contracts, and ensuring a high standard of client service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in corporate insurance, brokerage, and client account management who is looking to grow their career in a leading multinational company.

We will count on you to:

Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality day-to-day service and administration of existing insurance contracts, in line with Marsh standards, policies, and procedures
Provide tailored insurance solutions across financial line
Respond to client requests related to insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, modifications, and consultancy services
Resolve client account issues efficiently and ensure clear, timely, and appropriate communication with clients
Participate in client meetings and prospect meetings to support relationship development and business growth
Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities among existing clients and prospects

What you need to have:

Relevant experience in Corporate Insurance and/or Insurance Brokerage ( including Directors & Officers (D&O), Professional Indemnity, Property & Liability, Cyber Insurance, and Marine Cargo )
Bachelor’s degree
Fluency in English and Romanian
Strong computer skills, including very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills
Self-discipline, initiative, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
Team spirit, willingness to learn, a persuasive approach, and a proactive mindset
