We are looking for a Contract Administration Specialist with French language skills to join Randstad Digital. In this role you will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the execution of major framework contracts. This role ensures strict compliance with contractual agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), manages & executes complex administrative and financial flows.  

Responsibilities

• Request & extension lifecycle: manage new requests and extensions for various framework contracts, including preparing formal offers, and related documents.
• Documentation: process requests and extensions administratively.
• Compliance: ensure the flawless execution of contractual terms and SLAs. Maintain structured, compliant document archiving for all ongoing initiatives.
• Workflow efficiency: share new requests/extensions with Account Managers, Business Unit Directors, and consortium partners.
• Financial & data oversight
• • Reporting: prepare quarterly and annual reports for contracting authorities.
  • Invoicing: oversee complex billing and invoicing processes involving multiple consortium partners and strict validation workflows.
  • Timesheet management: ensure timesheets are received and processed correctly.
  • Communication: act as the administrative bridge between internal teams and clients; ensure Account Managers (and Business Unit Director if relevant). 

Requirements

• Experience: minimum 3 years of proven experience in back-office management, contract administration, ideally within an IT services, consulting, or EC procurement environment.
• Tools: expert-level proficiency in Office tools
• Platforms: demonstrated experience navigating complex procurement and invoicing platforms, specifically within the European Institutions (e.g., EU E-Prior and EU Funding and Tenders portal or equivalent public sector tools).
• Extreme attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Capability to manage multiple complex contracts and workstreams simultaneously and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills. 
• Fluency in English & French (both written & spoken).
• Quick learner and autonomous.
