Computer Equipment and Network Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Equipment and Network Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Computer Equipment and Network Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cash register systems and networks. Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain cash register and network equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues
• Cash register audit support / technical support: employee mobile phones, landline phones, laptops, PCs, servers/routers; technical support for hardware and procurement
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network problems
• Collaborate with collegues from IT Departament from TEDi Germany
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist as needed
• Contact person for problems with cash register systems; cashless payment transactions and mobile data processing
• Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Computer Equipment and Network Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent English language skills
• Knowledge of German language is an advantage
• Driving licence category B is a must
