Commodity Buyer Information Technology

in Sibiu Office

• Your tasks:
  Analyze and consolidate global demands in the commodity Information Technology
• Creation, follow-up and evaluation of national and global tenders in coordination with the responsible departments, locations and project teams
• Processing of Negotiations and Nomination (value based)
• Balance both tactical executions with strategic initiatives necessary to drive cost reduction projects
• Market Researches, Supplier Qualification, Feasibility Studies
• Develop and administrate the supplier pool for current and future business
• Escalation Management: Supporting global locations for procurement issues
• Your strengths:
  University degree in Economics or Technical field
• Professional experience in Purchasing and/ or IT field
• Experience in dealing with suppliers
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Good communication skills and assertiveness in negotiations
• Very good English language command, German is a plus
• International mindset and the ability to work interdisciplinary teams
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and ERP systems
• Resilient, self-initiative & loyal
