Responsible for customer service by phone and email in Polish and English.
Duties and Responsibilities (the list is not exhaustive but includes the main ones):
- professional management of calls and emails;
- correspondence with customers in a polite manner, ensuring a high degree of their satisfaction;
- providing specific information and advice to clients;
- recording information and changes regarding customer data in the related applications of the job;
- getting familiar with the routine and processing target volumes of requests and calls - discussing complex cases and challenges with the team leader and other designated persons, as well as contributing to improving the quality of the services provided by the team;
- involvement in the development/improvement of operational processes;
- attentive and active participation in the trainings offered by the company;
- compliance with the instructions from the team leader or the management line.
