We are recruiting a Brand Representative with Spanish for one of our clients.

Our client operates in both the US and European markets and is known for building brands that connect deeply with their audiences. This role is dedicated to the Spanish market and combines brand communication, customer interaction, and close collaboration with the marketing team.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of Spanish (almost native level, written);
• Advanced English is mandatory;
• Strong writing skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and brand consistency;
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with good prioritization skills;
• Practical mindset and strong common sense;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks;
• Previous experience in customer support, community management, or social media is an advantage;
• Experience working, studying, or living in Spain or Latin America is a strong plus.

What you will do:

• Write and adapt marketing materials in Spanish (ads, banners, social media content);
• Support the launch of new products and contribute to improving existing ones based on audience feedback;
• Manage written interactions with customers via email and social media (no calls or video);
• Engage with the Spanish-speaking community to understand customer needs, pains, and motivations;
• Act as a Spanish market advisor for the marketing team, offering cultural and language insights;
• Monitor how products and messages are perceived and report relevant trends and feedback;
• Collaborate closely with marketing and internal teams to ensure a consistent brand experience.
