Job Description: Brand & Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Brand & Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our brand strategy across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• • Adapt and implement global brand strategy, ensuring strong and consistent brand positioning on the local market.
  • Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and manage content for our website, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and branding.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar marketing role (preferably FMCG or pet food industry).
• Proven experience in performance marketing and digital campaign management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in Romanian and English (minimum B2 level); Ukrainian – optional.
• Strong knowledge of digital tools: Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, and adaptability.
