DocDelta is hiring Associate Research Managers based in Romania for a full-time, long-term remote role.

This is not short-term online work. We're looking for professionals who want to build a career with a growing U.S.-based healthcare technology and market research company and who are comfortable being the face of our projects with clients.

📋 Job Details

• Location: Romania (fully remote / work-from-home)
• Schedule: Hours overlapping with US Eastern / Pacific Time
• Employment type: Full-Time
• Salary: USD 1,200/month (may be higher based on skills and experience)

🛠 Responsibilities

• Serve as a key client-facing point of contact across the full life cycle of healthcare and market research projects
• Provide clear, proactive client communication — status updates, fielding progress, and issue resolution
• Partner closely with Research Managers, Operations, Sales, and clients to scope and deliver projects
• Manage sampling, survey setup, and fielding to ensure projects hit targets and quality standards
• Track progress, flag risks early, and drive issues to resolution to keep projects on schedule
• Organize and maintain project files and documentation for internal and client visibility

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Social Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Public Health, or related)
• at least 1–2 years of experience in healthcare and/or market research, project coordination, client services, or account management (healthcare or market research background strongly preferred)
• Comfortable and confident communicating directly with clients — a genuine client-facing communication style
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage (i.e. German, French, Spanish, Italian)
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Able to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
• Reliable computer/laptop and fast, stable internet connection
• Based in Romania and looking for a stable, long-term role (not short-term online gigs)
