About the Role

We're looking for an Energy Trader to join our Asset Management team in Bucharest, on a full-time, hybrid basis. You'll develop and execute trading strategies, trade actively in energy markets, analyse market trends, and help optimise the performance of our assets. You'll work closely with our internal teams to keep things running smoothly and profitably — and you'll always know what's happening in the market before most people do.

What You'll Be Doing

• Offering and trading electricity on short-term wholesale markets
• Keeping an eye on local and regional electricity markets and price movements
• Trading green certificates on the wholesale market
• Preparing reports and responses for energy authorities (ANRE, OPCOM/BRM, Transelectrica)

What We're Looking For

• A university degree in Economics or Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in energy trading
• Solid PC skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Great organizational skills — you know how to manage your time, tasks, and priorities to hit deadlines
• Fluent in both Romanian and English
