Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a skilled AI Trainer to deliver high-quality training to clients across UK and US time zones. The role involves delivering engaging learning experiences, enabling learners to apply AI concepts in real-world scenarios, and contributing as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development of innovative training programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging virtual sessions aligned with industry standards and company policies.
• Achieve and maintain a Trainer Satisfaction Score (TSAT) of 88%+.
• Use learner feedback and trainer observations to continuously improve training quality.
• Act as a AI SME, contributing insights to course design and client programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to support learning initiatives.
• Conduct peer observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.

Skills, Qualifications & Abilities

• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop ecosystem).
• Experience with Databricks and AI/ML development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and data teams.
• Flexibility to work across Europe, UK, and US time zones.
