The Role

We are looking for an AI Instructor & Applied AI Coach who will work directly with client employees during pilot and early-stage programs.

You will:

• Teach practical AI skills to non-technical professionals
• Coach participants while they build real AI workflows
• Co-own delivery of applied projects with measurable outcomes

This role is critical: you are responsible not just for learning, but for results.

What You’ll Do

AI Instruction & Enablement

• Deliver live, instructor-led AI sessions for business users
• Teach practical topics such as:
• • Prompting for real work tasks
  • AI-assisted analysis and reporting
  • Document, communication, and workflow acceleration
  • Responsible and safe AI usage in companies

Applied Project Coaching

• Work closely with 2–10 employees per cohort
• Help scope realistic, high-impact AI use cases
• Support implementation step by step:
• • workflow design
  • tool selection
  • iteration and improvement
• Ensure projects reach a usable, working state

Outcome Ownership

• Actively co-own project success together with participants (1 project per month per participant)
• Help define and validate impact (time saved, productivity, quality)
• Flag risks early and unblock progress

Feedback & Iteration

• Share insights with Synara founders
• Help improve curriculum, templates, and delivery playbook.

What We’re Looking For

Must-have

• Strong hands-on experience using modern AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation tools)
• Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Practical, execution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• Fluent Romanian; C1-C2 English (spoken and written)

Nice-to-have

• Experience in analytics, operations, product, finance, or business roles
• Previous teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience
• Familiarity with SMB or mid-market environments
• Experience translating business problems into AI workflows

What This Is NOT

• ❌ Not a pure teaching / academic role
• ❌ Not a research or ML engineering position
• ❌ Not classic consulting with slide decks

This is a hands-on delivery role, close to real work.

We are happy to pay between EUR 50 and EUR 80 per hour based on your skills and experience
