  Adecco  is looking forward to grow up the recruitment team in Ploiesti with 1 new collegue, Recruitment Consultants which fulfill the following requirements:

  • Minimum  2 years of general working experience  in recruitment on different  positions &   experience in mass recruitment  

  • experience in a direct search  recruitment & sales experience in HR services

Qualities and skills required:  

  • practical knowledge of methods of recruitment and selection of candidates  

  • very good knowledge of variety recruitment tools  

  • knowledge of labour law  

  • extrovert personality, professional appearance  

  • flexibility, ability to work under stress  

  • customer, service & sales orientation  

  • P/L orientation, competitive approach  

  • good manners



Pro  Sales Activities

  •  is responsible for acquisition new contracts and commercial activities, being   the guarantor of quality  

  • represents Adecco outside through participation in trade fairs, career fairs, recruitment events etc.  

  • actively participate in meetings with clients,        presenting Adecco’s permanent placement services in order to promote Adecco’s image and source new business, as well as follow up on these activities  

  • knows the job market, its needs and potential of - appropriately positioned Adecco bid  

  • continually seek to develop the business within        existing clients through contacts with Line Managers by identifying new sales leads  

  • knows the commercial objectives of the branch and is responsible for the implementation of the sales budget  

  • respects the company trade policy, particularly as to the strategy adopted tariff  

  • prepares offers and negotiates contracts for realized recruitment projects  

  • keeps regular contact with customers in case of  the opinion of the quality of work and accordingly recommended candidates respond to their comments or   suggestions in the concluded contracts  

  • builds a list of top clients, updates them, develops and utilizes the latest in its activities  

  • establish and maintain a professional working        relationship with clients  

  • performs a periodic customer satisfaction survey - You & Adecco


  • deliver recruitment projects regarding mid to top level profiles  

  • perform twenty (30) interviews to candidates per week, in order to assess qualifications, skills and previous        employment to enable the best job matching  

  • proactively sell candidates to appropriate companies and follow-up on this activity  

  • presents candidates to clients who meet their        requirements and make interview arrangements, ensuring the candidates are fully briefed on the interview arrangements  

  • identifies, checks and measures competences of        candidates using known techniques of recruitment: depth interview, tests  

  • searches / develops creative ways of implementation the projects  

  • keeps necessary statistics for every realized project, based on accepted indicators   after completion of the project, gives feedback  to all candidates who participated in it  

  • works steadily on the basis of site and database archiving CV in Adecco Web pursuant to the Law on the        Protection of personal data  

  • creates a list of top candidates (Short list)  

  • develops a positive and lasting relationships with local candidates in the labour market  

  • creates / develops a database of alternative        candidates  

  • maintain positive relationships with candidates  and regular contact to gain commitment and ensure availability  

  • keeps close contact with other Adecco branches and participates in activities with other partners nationwide within Adecco group

Administrative  Job part

    This position contribute to the quality of        administrative services by verifying the customer's solvency, care about  your office sales growth and irreproachable conduct any documentation  :

  • watches the optimal use of your tools  

  • prepares weekly reports on own activity  

  • prepares data for monthly KPI’s report  

  • in the daily work and using the Adecco Web:        updating customer information, and after meeting the certification of candidates, registration CVs of all known candidates, testing Xpert; publication of job offers, contact / communication with applicants,  writing the history of contacts with customers  

  • participates in work related to the daily functioning of the office and helps / replaces (if necessary) the other        team members  

  • assist on the collection of own clients’ PP invoice


Knowledge of computer systems/programs : MS Office, incl. very good knowledge of   Excel, Word, Power Point
