The Accounting Services Analyst is responsible for:

Recording financial transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP and international accounting requirements for non-U.S. entities.
Preparing journal entries and reconciliations for assigned entities, including intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.
Preparing intercompany invoices and supporting financial reports such as account receivables/payables aging.
Analyzing the impact of foreign exchange revaluations for non-U.S. entities.
Assisting with the preparation and review of audited financial statements for non-U.S. entities.
Liaising with Tax, Finance, Treasury, and other internal accounting groups (U.S. and international) to resolve accounting issues.
Supporting process improvement, procedure development, and accounting control implementation in non-U.S. entities.
Providing financial reports as requested by international offices to support business operations.
Occasional international travel may be required (10%–15%).

The ideal candidate:

Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Has 1–2 years’ experience in accounting or a related field.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel and database management abilities.
Has knowledge of U.S. GAAP and the ability to research/apply international accounting principles.
Understands foreign currency translation and its accounting impact.

Nice to have:

Experience with Oracle JD Edwards, Hyperion, Brio, and Essbase.
Fluency in Spanish.
Prior experience with multinational entities and intercompany transactions.
