What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

✅ 5 years of experience in a similar position within a multinational company, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry

✅ Intermediate level English skills (both written and spoken) for reporting and communication with the headquarters in China

✅ Advanced SAP (FI/CO) and Excel knowledge – mandatory

✅ Experience in Costing is a plus

✅ Good knowledge of General Ledger accounting

✅ Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

Main Responsibilities:

✅General Ledger Maintenance & Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts monthly using SAP. Ensure absolute consistency between sub-ledger and the general ledger (GL) to guarantee data integrity for month-end closing.

✅ Prepares Balance Sheet account details in invoicing level.

✅Expense Analysis & Budget Control: Prepare monthly cost center expense breakdown reports. Perform comprehensive Variance Analysis (Actual vs. Budget), identifying root causes for discrepancies and providing actionable insights to management.

✅ Improve account booking procedure and SAP setup in order to meet the report analysis requirement.

✅ Inventory Accounting & Reporting: Oversee inventory valuation and movement. Prepare monthly Inventory Monthly Reports (Inflow, Outflow, and Ending Balance), ensuring accurate recording of raw materials, GIT, WIP, and finished goods.

✅ Cost Saving Tracking & P&L Impact: Partner with the operations team to perform financial simulations and tracking for plant cost-saving projects. Ensure that realized savings are accurately reflected and identified within the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement line items

✅ Financial Reporting & Analysis: Develop and generate periodic financial analysis reports for both Group headquarters and local plant management to support strategic decision-making based on the requirement time by time;

✅ Booking general ledger level transactions, such as month expenses accrual, month exchange rate revaluation, month depreciation running, month costing close procedure etc. in order to complete month closing and year closing on time.

✅Finance forecast Prepare rolling financial results forecast based on rolling sales forecast.

✅Statutory Compliance: Ensure all accounting records, financial statements, and ledger entries are maintained in strict accordance with local Accounting Standards (RAS).

✅Audit Compliance & Documentation: Prepare detailed account schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits in accordance with Group audit standards and statutory requirements.
