Salary: €800–€1,500/month

We are looking for ambitious, reliable, and motivated individuals with strong written English skills to join our growing remote team.

This is a 100% remote position focused on online communication, customer engagement, and sales. Team members are responsible for managing conversations, maintaining customer relationships, and applying proven communication strategies to drive account growth.

No previous experience is required, as we provide all the training, tools and systems required to succeed. We are looking for coachable individuals who are willing to learn and improve.

This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable working toward performance goals and taking ownership of their results.

Requirements

• Strong written English (mandatory)
• Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) is considered a strong advantage
• Fast typing speed (60+ WPM preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy while multitasking
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Full-time availability

Candidates may be asked to complete an English and typing assessment during the recruitment process.

Schedule

This position operates on a rotating shift schedule designed to provide both flexibility and consistent coverage.

The rotation follows the pattern below:

• 2 days on afternoon shift
• 2 days on morning shift
• 2 days on evening shift
• 2 consecutive days off

Schedules are communicated in advance to allow team members to plan accordingly.

Compensation

• Typical first-month earnings: €800–€1,200
• Experienced team members regularly earn €1,200–€1,500+
• Performance-based bonuses

• Experienced and high-performing team members may earn significantly above the advertised range
