Are you a technical enthusiast with a knack for process optimization? Do you enjoy diving deep into software systems to ensure every gear turns perfectly? We are looking for a dedicated Operations Expert to join our team and become the ultimate guardian of our platform’s operational excellence.

The Mission

As our Operations Expert, your mission is to be the "deep-dive specialist" of our software. You will ensure seamless daily operations, lead new partners through successful implementation, and act as a bridge between client needs and technical efficiency. Your success is measured by the quality of system deployment and the long-term success of our partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Mastery & Process Integrity

• Maintain an up-to-date, 100% mastery of the software, including core functions and Marketplace elements.
• Strictly adhere to and apply established operational workflows.
• Execute tasks and directives provided by the Operations Project Manager (PM) with high precision.

2. Onboarding & Partner Support

• Actively manage the implementation process for new partners, providing high-level support.
• Offer proactive "Best Practice" advice to clients, supported by relevant institutional examples.
• Handle administrative system configurations and data entry based on partner requirements.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all partner communications in Trello.

3. Integration & Quality Assurance

• Develop a deep understanding of medical system integrations and their operational impacts.
• Conduct regular, active testing of integration links; identify, document, and report bugs.

4. Process Development

• Proactively suggest improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and report optimization opportunities to the Operations PM.

Internal Collaboration

• With the Operations PM: Receive daily task assignments, report on implementation statuses, and escalate critical system errors or partner issues immediately.
• With IT & Development: Document technical bugs identified during testing/setup and collaborate on technical details via Trello.
• With Customer Support: Provide L2/L3 expert support for complex queries and validate professional content for our Knowledge Base (FAQ, Academy).

What We Look For (Requirements)

• Analytical Mindset: You can spot a bug from a mile away and understand how small changes affect the whole system.
• Support-Oriented: You enjoy helping partners succeed and can translate complex technical terms into "Best Practice" advice.
• Precision: You believe that if it isn't in Trello, it didn't happen.
• Experience: Previous experience in software implementation, technical operations, or medical software (HIS) is a significant plus.

• Trello, Google Workspace, Intercom, Power BI.

How We Measure Success (KPIs)

• Workflow Discipline: Minimal number of overdue cards on the Operations board.
• Implementation Quality: Successful IHI (Implementation Health Index) metrics for core software functions.
