We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer to be part of our team in Timișoara, Romania. As a key player in our Global Business Development team, you will help shape the future of security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, and webinars to showcase our products.
• Engage with current and potential customers to present technical solutions and the advantages of the Ajax system.
• Train technical staff at distributors and dealers to enhance their product knowledge.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers.
• Provide technical consultation and support to Ajax’s partners.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners.
• Test product features, write technical documentation, and collaborate with the team.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.

Key Requirements:

• University Degree in IT or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Alarm Systems, video surveillance, security, or telecommunications.
• Excellent knowledge of Intrusion Systems, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
• Experience in installing/designing security systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility for business trips and trade shows.
• Ability to work independently and stay updated on industry trends.
