• YOU make sure that everything runs smoothly.
•   Efficient and realistic transport planning is your daily challenge.
• As an accomplished puzzler, you put the important pieces together every day, considering delivery deadlines, loading and unloading points, and so on.
•   Despite your excellent planning skills, your perfect puzzle will be taken apart more than once, but you can solve it easily by adjusting the planning 'live'. 
• Besides being a great organizer, you are also an inspiring motivator for the drivers, who you will inform and guide on a daily basis.
• Finally, you are responsible for correct administrative handling.
