- Technical assistance via the phone (helpdesk), remote or onsite, for the company’s customers;
- Troubleshoots hardware, software and network related issues;
- Provides onsite and remote technical support for the customers;
- Participates in infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of computer systems characteristics, operating sistems, features and integration capabilities;
- Experience in software installation and helpdesk activities (user support);
- Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting of IT equipments (PC, peripherals etc)
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals;
- Available for working in shifts (including night shifts and week-end);
- Available and willing to travel;
-Driving licence: B;
- English language, advanced level.
