Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage annual salary increase and bonus campaigns.
• Monitor compensation indicators to ensure internal equity.
• Manage employee benefits including profit-sharing and health insurance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective agreements.
• Collaborate with HR teams on compensation-related topics.
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects such as reporting and mobility.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in HR and recruiting processes.
• Advanced English; German or French is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
