Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our Romania R&D Center. We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR professional to drive recruitment and manage HR operations with excellence.

• Lead recruitment efforts for R&D Center positions, from job posting to offer communication, while developing local recruitment channels.
• Oversee daily HR operations including onboarding, contract management, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and compensation schemes, ensuring compliance with Romanian labor laws.
• Organize employee activities, support team integration, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain HR data and generate reports to aid management decisions.
• Support Chinese expatriates with work permits and visa procedures.
