Position: Customer Service Representative (Email & Chat)

Schedule: 4PM to Midnight (Romanian Time)
Starting salary: $800 monthly
Trial Period: 3 months
Employment Type: Independent contractor

Born in California, Otter Spirit is an online gemstone jewelry brand. We only work with natural crystals and support ocean conservation non-profits like the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via ticketing/customer support system
Provide clear, professional written support in English
Follow internal processes and adapt quickly to new tools and workflows
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Some customer service experience preferred (online support, helpdesk, or similar)
Familiarity with customer service or ticketing software
Very good written English
Comfortable working evening hours
Reliable, independent, and able to manage tasks without constant supervision
Strong ability to learn and improve quickly
