At United Call Centers, we provide quality services to our clients and we are looking for the best candidate to join our new organization as a Travelling Support Agent.

Our partner is the world’s leader in workforce lodging logistics, with the industry’s largest hotel database. The company provides full-service lodging services for railroads, other industries, and airlines (not an airline company).

If you speak English and Spanish or French and you want to work in a young, lively team, do not hesitate to apply.

Required Language Level:

  • English and Spanish – intermediate / communication
  • English and French – intermediate / communication

Main Tasks:

  • Client and ground staff support, high-level customer service by phone, handling incoming and outgoing calls, working directly with client employees
  • professional client care service in the travel industry
  • administrative tasks related to travel management, performing day-to-day back office tasks (copying, filing, and compiling research)
  • obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries according to specific quality indicators
  • error identification and handling

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Online applications
  • Great analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong command of English and Spanish or French languages
