We’re looking for client-oriented candidates who are tech savvy and native or near-native English speakers (B2, C1 or C2 level) to join our Elite Customer Support team for our newest project!
You’ll be learning from the best while working on one of the most innovative projects to devliver back office troubleshooting for PCs and connectivity issues
And no need to worry if you don’t have lots of experience, we have the best training program ready for you. :)

This job is for you if you have:

Graduated High Scool or University
Native level/fluency in English or at least B2 both verbal and written.
Experience in BPO/call center environment
Good technical IT knowledge-hardware, internet connection, routers
Positive attitude;
Ability to adapt and learn fast
Excellent Communication and customer focus (both verbal and written).
Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent, like every superhero should.
Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.
 Job description
Main responsibilities:

Solving cliеnt's rеquеsts via е-mаil/chat/social media
Providing solutions rеgаrding connectivity and PC hardware related
Ensuring аll communicаtion is hаndled professionаlly аnd promptly
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to еnsurе all customers queries are answered
Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service
Work schedule Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00; 11:00-20:00 and on weekends by rotation
PLEASE NOTE : The first 5 weeks are at the office, after which our jobs are temporarily remote, we expect to return to the office after the pandemics
